We offer 48 hour delivery (Mon to Fri). It is often convenient to get your order delivered to your place of work or a neighbour’s address for safe keeping, therefore an option to deliver to another address appears during the “Checkout” process.

At the ‘Cart’ and ‘Checkout’ pages all delivery charges will default to the correct price (depending on delivery address). If ordering over 6 bottles, then please inform us of your packaging preference (eg: 1 x 12 pack or 2 x 6 packs etc) in the ‘Customise Your Delivery’ section on the ‘Billing’ page.

We require a full delivery address including postcode. We do not deliver to PO Box numbers. We do not currently offer delivery on weekends or bank/public holidays.

Deliveries are only made to addresses in the UK (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland). For the avoidance of doubt, we do not make deliveries to the Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Channel Isles.

Online orders to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands & Islands attract an additional surcharge. Please refer to postcodes and prices below:

We will endeavor to dispatch your order on the same day it has been placed. Orders received on a Friday may not be dispatched until the following Monday. Orders received over the weekend will be dispatched the next working day.

Goods are collected and delivered by our designated Carrier. Our Carrier will send you an email confirming dispatch and a text message with a 30-90 minute delivery window. The text message is also interactive so if you require delivery on another day or you require delivery to a Post Office simply reply to the text message. If you have any delivery concerns please contact our Carrier directly quoting their reference number.

Our Carrier attempts to complete delivery between standard business hours (8am-5pm), however this can be extended as contingency plans are in place in the run up to Christmas and for particularly rural areas. Any time or date given for delivery is an estimate only. Although we will make every effort to ensure delivery times are met, we do not accept liability for failure to deliver within a stated time. We will endeavor to accommodate any change of delivery details where possible.

The Carrier will make deliveries to the address stipulated in your order. Please ensure that someone is present to accept delivery (unless collecting from your local post office).

Orders for Christmas will need to be made 5 working days prior to the last working day before Christmas to ensure adequate time for arrival.

Goods are sent at our risk until signed for by you or by any other person at the address you have given to us.

Delivery times may be affected if there are stock availability problems or other unforeseen circumstances. If you have a deadline for delivery please advise us at the time of ordering, including a contact number so we can advise you if there is a problem. If we are out of stock on any product we will contact via email to inform you.


Our Carrier attempts delivery up to 3 times, thereafter alternative arrangements are made for collection of the Goods or they are returned to Brewd.com. The Goods will be returned to Brewd.com if they have not been collected. For returned orders only the cost of the products ordered is refunded less the cost of returning the online order.

When your Goods arrive it is important that you check immediately the condition and quantity. If your Goods have been damaged in transit, you must refuse the delivery and contact Brewd.com so that we may dispatch a replacement quickly and minimise your inconvenience.

For your security, deliveries must be signed for, in order to acknowledge receipt of the order/s. A Delivery Note detailing the products supplied by Brewd.com will be stored in one of your delivered parcel/s, and this is your proof of delivery. Once goods are accepted for delivery, you the customer have accepted that the goods are “in good condition”.


We won’t sell Goods to anyone who isn’t 18 years of age or over. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

Deliveries require an 18 years of age or over signature. Upon delivery if our Carriers are in doubt of the recipient’s age they may request proof of ID. If ID is not available then this will result in non-delivery of the Goods.


You may cancel an order for whatever reason up to and including 7 working days from the date of delivery of the order, providing the order is unopened and intact and returned to us within 7 days.

Postage and safe return of the Goods is the responsibility of the customer and we will refund the full price of the order within 28 days from the receipt date of the returned Goods.

Please return the Goods to us as soon as any defect is discovered. So far as possible, could Goods be returned: 1. with both goods and all packaging as far as possible in their original condition; 2. securely wrapped; 3. including our delivery slip; 4. at your risk and cost.

You must notify us of all Goods, which are due to be returned, within 5 days from delivery of the Goods. Please inform us by email message to sales@brewd.com that you would like to return your Goods, specifying exactly what Goods and when purchased, and giving full details of the defect or other reason for return. You may choose to return the whole case or just the affected Goods for a refund.

We must be made aware of any claims for non-delivery within 5 working days of your delivery date.


We will replace Goods, which fail to comply with the provisions of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 or which show a defect. If you claim that the item is defective, the following conditions apply: 1. the defect must be reported to us immediately; 2. the defect results only during transport, from faulty design or manufacture; 3. you have returned the defective Goods to us if we have so requested.

If we agree that we are liable, we will refund the cost of return carriage and will replace the Goods free of charge. If we replace Goods, you have no additional claim against us either under this agreement or by statute or common law, in respect of the defect.


We make every effort to supply the goods as shown on our web site; however we reserve the right to supply goods of equal or superior quality at no extra cost, where a valid substitute is available.
