When will I get my order?

We offer 48 hour delivery (Mon to Fri). Goods are collected and delivered by our designated Carrier. Our Carrier will send you an email confirming dispatch and a text message with a 30-90 minute delivery window. The text message is also interactive so if you require delivery on another day or you require delivery to a Post Office simply reply to the text message. If you have any delivery concerns please contact our Carrier directly quoting their reference number.

What happens if bottles break in transit?

Don’t worry, we will immediately send you a replacement. Breakages are quite rare but if you notice a breakage upon delivery simply refuse the order. Our Carrier will inform us and a replacement will be dispatched at our expense.

Can you deliver beer to a different address other than my own?

No problem. An option to deliver to another address appears during the checkout process. If you think you might be out during the delivery day or your order is a gift, it’s often convenient to get your order delivered to your place of work or a neighbour’s address for safe keeping.

What happens if nobody is in to receive my order?

No problem. Our Carrier attempts delivery up to 3 times, thereafter alternative arrangements are made for collection of the Goods or they are returned to Brewd.com. The Goods will be returned to Brewd.com if they have not been collected. For returned orders only the cost of the products ordered is refunded less the cost of returning the online order.

Do you have to order in certain quantities?

No. You can order as many bottles as you like. Our bespoke packaging boxes are designed for 6 and 12 bottles. We would however recommend buying bottles in multiples of 6 to get the most benefit from our postage costs. If you are purchasing gifts for family and friends feel free to inform us how you would like the order packing in the ‘Customise Your Delivery’ section on the ‘Billing’ page (eg: 1 x 12 pack or 2 x 6 packs etc).

Do you ship overseas?

Unfortunately at present we can’t offer this service. However, other online courier companies can. We can help with providing dimensions and weights of your order if required, just ask.


I’m a brewer and interested in selling on Brewd.com, what should I do?

Simply email us on sales@brewd.com with some details and somebody will get back to you. Brewd.com will continue to champion Great British beer and welcome interest from breweries.

If I order a gift, do they know how much I’ve spent?

No, we purposely do not mention order costs in our packaging.

My beer is slightly cloudy and has some bits in it, why?

Don’t worry. The bits are usually yeast using by the brewers. Most of the bottled beers on our site are “bottled conditioned”. This process enables the beer to go through a secondary fermentation process while in the bottle, which adds flavour and character to the beer. Please allow bottle conditioned beers time to settle before pouring. We suggest pouring the beer into your glass gently without disturbing the yeast in the bottom of the bottle. Some people don’t mind the yeast and pour it in the glass anyway but that is the customer’s choice.


What payment methods are available?

Most major credit and debit cards are available for secure payment at our checkout stage. Payment via Paypal is also available.
